A Dictionary of Chinese Homologous Words (Three volumes)

This is a large dictionary with monosyllabic homonyms arranged together according to a system of common source. It is a very special kind of dictionary. In the history of dictionaries, there are those that have been assembled according to form, meaning and phonetics, few dictionaries have been assembled according to homonyms. The dictionary gathered 1,260 homonyms from various ancient Chinese classics from the perspective of the phonetic symbols. This dictionary is a work that fills a considerable gap.
